Matchbook Mood

Everything that surrounds us resonates some sort of energy. Positive~Negative, magnetic. We are the ipitomy of resonating this energy everywhere.

Think about how you feel around certain people, places, and things. Whether it be brought on by a memory…a place in time…a sense…gut instinct. Whatever the case may be, we are surrounded by it! We are aware without being fully aware at times. But there’s a reason for it, a purpose for it.

It can set the tone of our very lives if we let it. It can shape our path and destiny. It can bring us a greater sense of who we truly are or who we want to be…all in what we surround ourselves with…

The mood you present and project can influence those around you. As a result, affecting their mood and mindset as well. We truly are easily molded if we allow it. Whether it be consciously or subconsciously…

I like to relate it to lighting a matchbook. Taking one burning match and igniting the next. Soon…the whole book has both exhausted its fuel and has adapted the outcome of the first match. The fuel is your desire and outreach to do good, or it can be negative. The more we are aware of this, the more we can share a more positive influence on one another. Our minds are absolutely amazing! There is so much potential and power there that lies within each and every single one of us.

I’m guilty of this myself…we all get moody! That’s ok! It’s all in how you project and handle your feelings and emotions. I know I’ve had a tendency to shut things out and shut down when I’m not in the best of moods. But it’s a work in progress, and I’ve come so far with a lot of support from loved ones to understand myself better. Once you free yourself of these roadblocks, the more you understand yourself. The happier we are with ourselves…the happier we can be with others.

We are influencers of mood and shapers of our own quality of life.

How do you handle your emotions? What are you consciously aware of and wish you could overcome when it comes to projecting how you feel?
